Not delivering their promise.

<p>On the 6/7/2016 I ordered and paid for 27 name tags at Biznett internet and printing cafe. I told them I will collect on 8/7/2016. When came to collect, my order was not even started to be printed and there was a shortage of material do to the job.</p> <p>We agreed to use hard paper instead of metal as it should in order for me to deliver to my customer. We also agreed that if my customer rejects them they will gladly reprint them as they should be on a metal. My customers rejected them and I told them about that on the 11/6/2016 so that they'll reprint the correct ones. I went to check my staff on 13/6/2016 and it was not done again. So i decided to take my money and look for someone to do the job but they wont give me my full amount I paid. Please help me.</p>
