Poor aftersales service
I am not even sure to start with 2 stars. Ordered my items and was received on time. Their after sales service is poor. No correspondence and no client satisfaction s****s.

I only see one online order with "collection at branch" and EFT as payment method. I do see an email where you asked if you chose delivery or not but I cannot see any other communication. This email was sent to one of our sales reps who does not deal with online orders but I do see it forwarded to our orders line.
Can you please email me on *** with the emails you received or what was discussed regarding the order.
