3 weeks + waiting to get my refund back
No rating, absolute poor after sales service. Owners Mandie, Ian and Hanria, promise to call back , never does. Send back my ribbon printer after 2months of straggling to get it working or the quality they advertise, wait now 3x weeks to get my refund from them receiving everything back. No reply. Empty promises. No one ever in office.

Product quality very poor, and not a trustworthy, reliable company at all. Zero management s****s and zero backing up there products.
