Unprofessional service!

Extremely unprofessional service received at Bivash salon, Umhlanga. My appointment was not recorded, after waiting an hour I was told my hair could not be done due to Loadshedding. The owner/manager was so rude and blamed Loadshedding despite it being implemented for a week thusfar and a schedule being out; he did not apologize! Rude and arrogant!
