Bitumproof waterproofing not for flat roofs

I wish there was a option to give ZERO stars! According to BitumProof SA they pride themselves on giving quality workmanship, we would love to see this so called quality workmanship. Its been 4 years with many "patch jobs" and still we get flooded with every rain storm. Apparently we are the only ones with issues on our roof that they cannot fix. I think we have all heard that one before. So many promises about their so called excellent product - I just wish we can get to see it. Shocking after service. Promises not kept, utterly disappointing with a product that does not work on flat roofs. I would love to hear some other customer experiences as I have asked for contactable references and still waiting!!
