Bittergourd distribution very bad service

I ordered their rapid weight loss product, told that I will definitely loose weight. A month on I still haven't lost any weight, contacted the person via Facebook, first said there must be something wrong because they never have anyone who did not loose weight, then next moment the person says they have to unfriend me because they can't see who my friends is on Facebook, I rep**** that it is my right to privacy to keep my friend list on Facebook as private. Next moment I was blocked from their Facebook account. Contacted them via whatsapp, I was told that it is her (Tracy's), husband (Danie) and he is like that because they are separating. But that is No way to treat customers after I only asked a question.
