Very Bad Business

Very poor service and at this point i would not recommend anyone to do business with them.I placed and paid for an order on the 7th of September 2021 having called to confirm the availability of the stock,and i was promised delivery on the 10th of September 2021.However,i did not receive any communication regarding shipment until the said date of delivery when i was then informed that they didnot have stock and i was offered an alternative.I refused the alternative and requested a refund which i was promised would be done on the 11th of September 2021.I've been calling everyday for my refund but all i get is lies and empty promises.Very bad business operations.
