Utterly Poor Service - Most inept Supplier

Be aware of the poor service of Bits N Bytes. The most inept, ***********, unprofessional supplier I have ever dealt with. Operation Manager, C.P Nkosikhona does not answer phone calls or reply to emails. Communication for this crowd is almost non-existent, after my 13 e-mails and about 10 phone calls. No tracking number is supp****, no status of delivery is communicated. After 9 days, 3 days past the expiry of the delivery date and after I notified them I will report them to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman (CGSO) they eventually refunded me. Deal with Bits N Bytes at your own peril.
