Suspect online ********.

All one is asking is for some reply.

Online order 102458 payment was made. But when asked if item has been shipped no reply at all ,not on WhatsApp email nothing.

A simple answer is al I'm asking but it appears that it is to hard. So I asked one more time is it shipped or not and if it is please supply traking number. At this point the online shopping experience is really bad you can keep your item and supply me a full refund as it is to hard just to give a simple answer.
