Poor service

I ordered and paid 2 mini vacuum cleaner for labtop. I paid delivery fees as well and they said delivery will be in 3 to 4 days. I ordered and paid on the 30th of November 2021. I made calls (giy said he will phone me back in 5 minutes) and send sms's to number given. No response what so ever. I think this might be a **** or they dont care to look after their clients
