Pathetic Service by BITS N BYTES ...********!

Worst Service ever..., Scaaaaam!

We placed the order with them on the 23rd December 2022 and paid immediately an amount of R12063.67, their delivery policy says 3-5 days but 4 weeks later we still have not received our order. They do not respond to emails at all , their landline does not go through, their cellphones only get answered once after 2days of not being answered and the guy who answer (Nkosikhona or Nkosinathi) he is such a smooth talker and keeps on lying that they have shipped the order everyday and keeps on blaming their supplier (Parrot) for delays.

After so many follow ups with them and they kept on lying to us saying the order was shipped by parrot directly to us , there delay is caused by Parrot 😡

Today we decided to call Parrot and check with them and they gave us all the details and also told us Bits n Bytes have placed an order with them but they have not paid for our order therefore they cannot send out any stock without payment , while we paid them full amount of R12063,67 on the 23rd December 2022.

Can you urgently sort this mess and pay Parrot or refund us immediately so we can buy the items someone else.

We made it clear to you that this items were needed by the 18th January 2023 ,but you failed to deliver.
