I Suspect Bits N Bytes Online Store Might be a **** Company...

I wish I went through some reviews before ordering from Bits N Bytes. I can now see why they have so many frustrated customers. Their customer service is literally non-existent. I first had an issue trying to pay due to their Payfast setup being wrong. I followed up with them numerous times in this regard for a few days simply to try and and make payment. I had to keep following up with them as they did not keep me updated at all. Seems like they are either a ****, or clearly they do not need the business…

After eventually being able to pay, I did not receive any further communication from them ever again. I have sent emails with no response. No acknowledgement of payment or info regarding my order.

They state 3 – 6 days for delivery, I ordered this item on the 3rd of March, it’s now the 15th and once again, the do not respond to my emails. They claim they do not respond to emails due to load shedding, what a joke.

BEWARE of Bit N Bytes, I am genuinely starting to believe this company is a ****. I will not DEFINITELY not be using them again anytime soon...
