Empty Promises and Excuses

We ordered and paid for a barcode printer, which was on 15/03/2022. Delivery was promised 3 days after payment was received, which we never received. March 30th I contacted the office (an email was sent too) and the person responsible for the orders to confirm delivery and was promised that the order will be delivered on 04/04/2022. To date we have not received the item or any feedback. We requested a refund on the order because we had to buy somewhere else. Phone calls isn't being answered, messages are ignored. If you get through to the office, the person responsible for the orders is always never in the office.
