These guys are ************. I ordered headset for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I placed the order on the 7th of December and immediately received a confirmation email, complete with a link to the page where I can track the order. The website indicates a maximum of 8 days for delivery, so it was well in time for Christmas. A week later I followed the link to the tracker page, just to find no information, other than confirmation of the purchase. There is no contact email, only a Whatsapp number, which I then contacted (11 Dec). On 12 December I received response assuring me that the order is placed and that they will send me the tracking number. On 15 December I again followed up, no response. Finally, on 21 December, I received response which assured me delivery will take place by Friday, 23 December. Needless to say, nothing arrived on Friday. I then called the Whatsapp number, only to be cut off. On the 3rd of January I received another Whatsapp apologizing and assuring me that they will resolve the issue. It is now 22 Jan, I have received nothing and they stopped responding to my call. They stole my R800, its as simple as that. As a matter of fact, this is no different to any Nigerian 419 scheme. Please do not buy from BnB - they will **** you!
