BEWARE
Order 109771 placed on 14th October 2021. Payment made 18th October 2021. Was never told that order was ready to collect. Random email received saying to collect from an address in Durban with completely different order reference. Courier arrived to collect and nobody knows anything about it. Calls are never answered and emails are never rep**** to. I have paid for my items and still not received anything. BEWARE

Hope you well. I followed up with your issue, my apologies we had issues with our internet after a power cuts, so we were down for about half a day. A sales rep has sent you an email with all the details on the order, we do use different Collection references as the booking system is different from the online order system and we sometimes allow couriers to collect direct from our suppliers, so that is why the booking numbers may differ.
My sincere apologies for the confusion between this issue.
