Bad Service and False Promises

I placed my order on 19/10 - by the 26th all I kept on being told via their online chat and email was that they need to check with the supplier for shipping info, but they never come back to me - When I phoned the number given on their website a rude woman told me she is to busy to help me and put the phone down on me. I truly would not recommend ordering from this company and will now be requesting a chargeback from FNB and PAyfast
