Faulty units, empty promised, waited forever

On junkmail I came accross this ad selling 4 antminers U3's for R3400. I contacted the seller and turned out to be a business and was requested to make the purchase through BidorBuy, which I did but the order changed. I was told that I would get the following. This is a direct quote \Good morning. My partner said there are 3 left and to make up for the other one we will add two rock miners"I was expecting 5 miners total. I received 2 Antminer U3s and 2 rockminers and a faulty Model TF-360-12 PSU. I was told that a brand new PSU will be couriered to me on 13 JAN 2016 but this was another empty promise. Please be careful when buying from this guy. He makes promses that he cannot keep and I am stuck with mercandise I cannot use properly. He also never answers his phone. Just dont go through the hassles of buying something from him"
