So I was subscribed to this game site that I didn't even know I subscribed apperently I was on a 6 day trail and because I didn't cancel it it was loaded as a permanent thing, when I saw the purchase last month on my account I unsubscribed and then I saw it again on my account this month just over r200 I then went into the sight to chat to someone they told me it's now cancelled but I want a refund for last month an this month as I never used the service and wasn't aware of it either I wnat my money back!!
