DISGUSTED WITH BITE YOUR TONGUE FOOD AND SERVICE

Called in a take away and ordered 2 chicken fried rice. Picked up and when we took a bite the food tasted terrible it had a sour taste like the chicken was off. Called in and told the lady Sue that the food tastes of she replies can never be so my husband got upset and took off with her as she was insisting that its not off. So I take it back and was speaking to her nicely and asked her if the place is still under same ownership she says yes and starts raising her voice at me with the place full of customers. I politely asked her not to raise her voice at me and she got louder stating my husband was rude to her so I calmly advised her that his frustration was her insistence that there is nothing wrong with the food and as a customer we pay for n expected quality and when a customer complains she needs to understand that there is an issue with the food. She starts screaming at me and I told her I want her owners details she screams I Am The Owner so I told her that with the attitude she has she will definitely loose alot of customers and she continues screaming so I just walked out. I am disgusted and appauled. Little did she know that I am an attorney and I am going to pursue legal action against her for her behaviour and embarrassing me in front of all the customers in the restaurant. The most uncooth woman I have ever met. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BITE YOUR TONGUE!
