waste of money and time

<p>In July of 2016, I had purchased Bitdefender internet security 2016. I still went back to bitefender even though I had problems with the 2015 version. The 2015 version would randomly go off without my knowledge and I never knew I was vulnerable to viruses.</p> <p>Now with the 2016 version, it wouldn't even allow me to install it, once I had gotten over this hurdle only to realize that my code/key was already in use. I had contacted Bitdefender, they requested my proof of purchase, which I had shown them. I had emailed them and asked them to provide me with another code, they had refused this and suggested I go back to where I had purchased it, which was a major inconvenience, I even notified them that this was not possibly. After months of talking and trying to find a solution nothing has happened, they promised they had uploaded my product on my account, which is not there. I am extremely disappointed and they should have notified me that they do not care about their customers so I could have purchased another anti-virus. This would have saved me so much of time and saved me from the viruses that I now have on my PC. </p> <p>THANK YOU SO MUCH BITDEFENDER!!!!</p>
