Ignoring a customer's concern

This company automatically renewed my subscription without any consent from me and uses an excuse that I did not turn off the option not to automatically renew. I bought an one year subscription, that is it. Who do you think you are forcing your product on someone when they ask for their money back that you took without consent! I don't want a 2 year subscription I want my money. This is very unprofessional, you are dealing in bad faith! You must give customers what they want and I want my money back!
