Does not deliver as advertised

<p>I upgraded to Bitdefender Total Security 2016 on 29 July 2016. The Order confirmation says (up to 3 devices, 1 year). I downloaded Bitdefender for my android Tablet and Phone and am not able to activate it on the two Android devices. It tells me the activation code is in use or that I do not qualify and it wants to sell me another subscription. All efforts to contact the support centre has been unsuccessfull and I am extremely frustrated with trying to resolve this.</p> <p>When this subscription is up, I will most definitely be looking for another Anti virus protection supplier.</p>
