On 21 Oct 2015 i have purchase a Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2016 program from Bitdefender After paying with my credit card the amount of ZAR 299.95 online I received order number ***1 I downloaded the program but could not activate it because I did not received a activation code I have logged a complaint with customer care but after 4 days are still waiting for a code
