Bad Service

I purchased an Anti Virus package from this company in early October 2019, but cancelled it within 24 hours as it became clear to me that it is not suited to my needs. I requested a refund and received a prompt reply assuring me that my money will be refunded. I received partial refund (R299.99) after about a week and requested that the rest of the money (R509.99) also be paid. I waited the normal 7 working days for the amount to appear on my account, but am at this stage still waiting, even after numerous requests for the money to be paid. The company insists that the monet was paid into my account but when I requested (several times) that proof be provided, I received only invoices for the purchase.
