BITCO - Worst Service Provider!

The worst service ever received. Even if you complain to the Head of support, they still have no urgency. My problem has been resolved after 4 days of which this service provider had no idea what the problem was initially. This service provider lacks in customer service, they have no telephone etiquette. They provide no feedback or communication. They do not value your individual home contract, they probably give more time to their bigger clients. Worst service provider ever, do not recommend to anyone. Pathetic service.
