I downloaded the Bitcoin Wallet on my Samsung phone. I made use of one of their Wallets, I entered the address into my Genesis Mining Account for payouts to be paid into their. No where upon the download of this app or after app was installed, did it warm me to read and understand and accept the safety notes.

I had to wipe my phone due to software problems. I did not back up my so called wallet as per all the other Bitcoin Wallets have an email and password registration which will automatically back-up your information and wallet.

Upon the re-download of the wallet I noticed that I did not receive any payments and my wallet address has been changed.

I enlisted the assistance from the email address provided to me by the Application information on the Play Store.

I was assisted in such a bad manner and the person, until today I still don't have the name and surname or any other contact details besides a gmail email address for this person. I was spoken to as I did not know what I was talking about and the blame was shifted to me, they did not accept any responsibility for my loss. I was told "So the inconvenience is actually not that bad."

I have lost a total of $200 which equals to R 2653,46. This kind of money is not nothing. As per this person's responses my money has just evaporated into thin air and no one can trace it or track it.

I strongly believe they are the ******* of my money and should not be trusted.
