Bad support after customer / investor try to make contact.

After getting reviews and good feedback, i made payment to the Bitcoin App service, their *** email rep**** by claiming I'll have my investment profit in little time. After sending them numerous emails I still haven't received any feedback from them yet. the official webpage is www.thebtcapp.com.
