Worst experience ever!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 18 March. After 3 weeks I send the lady a whatsapp to enquire about the delivery - no response. After more unresponded whatsapp, I sent her a message on facebook. She immediately removed my post. Later she posted on facebook that her mother was sick and a few days later, she said they are moving to another premises. Another lady posted the facebook page and said they must just correspond - I also commented - our posts were removed immediately and I was blocked. I actually asked this person, Michelle, to refund my money, without luck. I then used my husband's fb page to post on her fb page - she removed the post and blocked him as well. Still no response whatsoever. This is *****ing and pathetic service. I don't have money to throw around. She is a *******!!!!!
