Broken promises
I've bought 4 pairs of shoes on the 20th October 2020 for R1770. After a lot of broken promises I received 3 pairs in January 2021. Two of the pair's soles were deffective. They promised to sort out my missing pair and replace the defective pairs. To date I have received nothing. You send messages with no reply back. I've even tried phoning. I understand difficulties but if you can't fulfill your promises, please refund us.
