Bad service and client service .

We had a very bad bad experience with this company . At the begging of the transaction everything was fine ( we bought a cluster ) , when we opened the parcel and tested the cluster it did not work . We called them and they said they will refund us but there is a 20 % handling fee and the refund will take 14 work days . When we called the lady at the accounts ( very rude person ) she said I had to read the terms and conditions on the Invoice that they send to us . they send us a broken cluster and to this date no refund has been received and when we call the people are very very rude .

WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WHITH THEM AGAIN AND WIL NOT REFFER ANYONE TO THEM .
