Bit spares & West end spares

The most horrible services I have ever received from a business establishment. I bought a lock set from them last year. I called inn to confirm if they have the part, also provided them with my vin just to make sure they had the correct part, they **** and said they have the part knowing very well that they didn't. They continued to provide me with the wrong part just to secure a sale, as they knew that they have these funny policies of no cash refunds.

Now my predicament with them is that since last year they haven't supp**** me with a part and they are refusing to refund me as well, instead I'm told stories and more lies. So I don't have the lock set and i can't get my money from them either. A warning to the public but spares and west end spares are the same owners, ********* these people....
