Bistro Sixteen82 charges penalty if you don't order a main meal
In the past I would have given this restaurant a 5 star, but today I noticed for the first time that at the bottom of the menue it states: "A R100 plate fees applies to guests not ordering a main meal"!!! It has been my and my family's favourite restaurant - but this is unacceptable for people with small appetites, like me!
