Worst restaurant experience ever - expect to wait for hours!

We had an absolutely horrid lunch experience at this restaurant. We waited for an excruciating 1.5 hours for our food to arrive (some people got their food sooner, so no one ate at the same time), only to be served overcooked steaks that were tough and dry. The rest of the food was mediocre at best, lacking flavour and any sort of appeal. To make matters worse, the restaurant felt it fit to add a 12% service fee to our already high bill, for such poor service and frankly the worst restaurant experience. Overall, a very disappointing experience!! We will definitely not be returning and avoid it at all costs!!
