Can i give a negative rating below Zero

It took me a week to get our dedicated broker Dion to respond. Then another week he had my documents before submitting them to Santam, and after another week, i asked what was happening, as water is running down the drain for 3 weeks. But he doesnt bother to respond. And after all that wastage, I lay a complaint, and no suprise - Santam turned down my claim, even when Dion said it qualified. Both are a waste of money. Run in another direction if you encouter either companies!
