Meat *******

Bought meat to the value of R100 and was told that the meat would be braaied for me. I agreed and asked the butchery assistant to signal me once she's finished. They make use of a gas braai and I was at a restaurant upstairs. When I went to check on my order k found the store closed. I do not live nearby and was hard for me to come back the next day. I tried to call but to no avail. When I did get a hold of the butchery assistant I was told that they kept the meat and when they saw me not coming to collect my order ate it. Another butchery assistant said they kept my order for two days and then threw it out. t's quite obvious that this stores' assistants are lying to me. I lost my money and the manager is refusing to compensate me. It's really disheartening as I have been a patron to Bismila Grand Parade Butchery for years. I do however want my money back. When I do approach the store manager for assistance I get met with resistance and laughter from the butchery assistants. Its amazing that they as adults would find this amusing of course it's not their money that went to waste. Besides they had a free meal on my account too
