Biscotti bad pancake service!

Bought 10 pancakes from Biscotti home industry in Eldoraigne Village Mall. Somehow left them on the counter. Went back the next morning to get them. When I asked for them the shopmanager said they were hard and she threw them away.<br> I asked why, as could have just put them in one of there many fridges. Her responce - tough buy new ones! Why do we keep on supporting people who obviously feel nothing for customers?
