Poor Service

I was at Birthdays at the Grove Mall this morning to get balloons filled with Helium and yes I understand the power was out but when you are filling 50 other balloons for other people and you can't fill my 10 balloons after promising the day before that you will help. But it does not end there you then send me on a wild goose chase to the Glenfair Shopping Centre where you said I will be able to get balloons filled with Helium I get there and ask and no one in the shopping centre fills balloons with Helium. STOP MAKING PROMISES BECAUSE CLEARLY YOU DON'T KEEP THEM AND MAKE SURE OF YOUR INFORMATION BEFORE YOU WASTE MORE CUSTOMERS PETORL.
