Have been waiting a week for a simple refund

BIRKENSTOCK MENLYN In short I have been waiting 8 days for a refund on a pair of shoes. Today I was informed from someone’s personal number that it will be another 7 days. There is no manager to talk to. The shop has no phone number. I purchased with a credit card but was initially told head office had to do this refund. Now nobody is taking responsibility.

For a reputable international company, this should be shameful and unacceptable. I will not ever buy from them again and will advise others to stay away as well.
