Birkenstock South Africa sucks

Please do not ever order shoes from Birkenstock SA online, they claim to have free and easy returns, but it's far from that. I bought shoes in June, wanted to return beginning of July in their 2 week window and have been waiting since 22 July for them to collect. They are blaming their courier on bad service but they cannot even be bothered to answer my mails. I am still sitting with the shoes on 17 August with no refund yet. R1899 for shoes and the worst customer service ever. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM!!!
