BAD TREATMENT

We booked into the spa in the Birkenhead house based on the information I saw on the Birkenhead House website. The spa page shows a massage on the deck overlooking the ocean, really beautiful setting. In reality, there are 4 treatment rooms in the back of the hotel, no views. We booked the spa despite that we had to travel for an hour and that the price of a massage is double than most other spas, because I wanted to treat my daughter visiting from Europe with a spa day, massage, ****tail on the terrace and a nice lunch. When I booked I confirmed that the hotel has a bar and a restaurant. After the massages, which were excellent, we went to the bar and ordered drinks. 2 minutes later the spa manager came and kicked us out. She was very rude, she said that the hotel is full and we have to leave immediately, saying that only hotel guests could stay in the bar and lounge. The bar and the lounge was totally empty, we were the only guests. Really bad experience.
