Messed up services

Poor service, messed up reception, got here 45 min early but still ended up an hour and 13Min late, reception is just just as useless to a point whereby no one assists in making their services easier and faster.

For the 1st time in my life I truly believe that governmental institutions are supporting the organisations known about allegations that are somewhat too demanding for the public regarding those in partnership with it.

Overall: Birchwood hotel and OR Tambo Conference has poor service that takes our economy backwards instead of where we are headed now "Post Pandemic"
