Lost Lamelle Luminesce Brightening Face Wash

Good day,

I was staying at Birchwood hotel with the South African Breweries’ team for our annual conference. I stayed in room 479 from Tuesday, 27 Feb and I checked out on Thursday morning 29 Feb. I know I left my face wash behind in the bathroom in the room I was staying in as I was obviously using the face wash while I was there.

I am very disappointed to hear that this face wash was not found. This makes me lose trust in the hotel and leaves me concerned on success rate of guests receiving their lost items if more valuable items have been left behind.
