Horror of night maintenance entering room at 02h00

<p>Nothing like being in a strange place on business and needing crutial sleep only to have the night maintenance guy come in to investigate your room at 02h00 in the morning. No knocking to check if someone was there just use your general access card to open up my room while I was fast asleep. I find this absolutely shocking. On reporting it to reception on departure at 04h50 I requested that someone call me to explain how that can happen. However Im still waiting for a phone call. Also how safe are your things in the hotel room if anyone can just access it with a all access lock card. </p>
