5 Months and still waiting

so its been 5 month as i mailed the Birchwood hotel in Boksburg. i had a booking for myself and my partner on the 3rd August 2021. from the booking in at at the hotel to leaving was so disappointing . When we got to the hotel on time for checking in we had to wait 30-45 min to check in to our room as they were still busy with cleaning the room ...... so after 45 min we got our room and a few ting did not work in he room ... no remote ... the lights did not work ... i called the reception for a set a extra pillows... this was at 6:15pm at 7:30pm we got the pillows but was questioned first " may i ask WHY DO YOU NEED THEM" this was very upsetting . i have tried to call the manager many times left messages and sent endless mails ..but until today NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK . as i can see on hello peter they have not rep**** TO ONE review.
