With holding refund

Holding back deposit refund. Dealing with Tsundzuka Tlakula Deposit Refund Administrator with no resolve. Notice given 25 May. They requested banking details to refund, same send 11 June. I emailed the following Monday 28 days later and was now asked for concent from the second tenant. I referred him to the tenant to obtain the now more outstanding information He emailed me a few times advising me that he cannot process the refund but with no resolve. Birchwoord is liable for breaching the agreement to refund within 21 days Birchwood Is liable for refund with interest Burchwood to educate their refund administrators on tinious processes and how to manage information that they need.
