BIRCHWOOD VILLAGE

Don't know if this site actually makes a difference. But just incase you were considering renting/ buying in Birchwood Villwge, Broadacres, think again... You will be wasting your money, a good packet of money is spent to live in this estate / Area, but what you pay for you cer*****y don't get, right from the letting agent to the residents to the service it's all disgusting (never mind the costs they don't disclose, a club house that has nothing to offer(so the residents party in there units) a tiny pool to support over 300 units, loud music ,speeding cars, rude people even with complaining about to the landlord or security nothing gets done about it..

SO IF YOU LOOKING FOR A HOME, ITS NOT IN THIS ESTATE! RATHER GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH SOMEWHERE ELSE.!

I SUPPOSE HALF THE PROBLEM COMES FROM NOT REQUIRONTING A DEPOSIT...

BUT MONEY IS MONEY TO IHS, THEY COULDN'T GIVE A DAMN AS LONG AS tHE CASH IS COMING IN...
