Horrible customer care

On Sunday the 27th of April my puppy fell ill , vomiting and diarrhoea ; I then googled the nearest veterinary to my home and Birchvet was the closest . At first I was received by a doctor and recipient who were really kind and helpful , but little did i know the next few days as the shifts changed I would be met by one vet who kicked me out of the visit with five minutes of me seeing my dog and when i tried to ask why he rudely answered “that’s how it works “ . Yesterday 01/02/2025 I am told that my dog is refusing to eat and I suggest that I come feed him food that I normally feed him at home and the vet agrees and tells me to bring the food to feed him at 8 ; I get there and the same vet refuses to speak to me and sends a cleaner to tell me I should leave ; later comes out and proceeds to insult me . I feel disrespected and disregarded as a client I would not recommend this horrible place to any pet owner.
