Bad service

The service I got today at the shop was very bad, I was there to cancel my lay buy and everything was bad, the lady called Sarah and a with a blond hair cut were very rude to me the lady with blonde hair even slapped me on my hand infront of customers and the staff. The service is very bad there please fix it for other customers. We gonna get killed one day.
