Bad management at Birch acres mall
Hi . I am so disappointed at the service in Birch acres mall not only does the mall have loadsheeding for almost the entire day but management in this mall is so appualling. Firstly lights had come on after a long day with no electricity and the manager at a shop called the FIX spoke to customers as if she is doing them a favor by operating the store. She starts screaming and telling people that the system is down and does not bother apologizing or letting customers know that they are taking care of it. Secondly the manager announces that she can only let 5 people in a time. How on earth will they be any kind ot productivity with only 5 people at a time. The store is big enough to Atleast have 10 people which allows for more productivity. There is about close to 50 people standing outside. That in itself is high risk in catching covid. The wait is long and people are not even given fair customer service because of lazy workers and bad management. The store opposite the FIx was Mr price the store had about 70 people standing outside waiting to shop but were not allowed because of 'covid regulations' even if covid regulations are meant to be implemented you will never find 70 people standing outside a store waiting to be serviced. I'm honestly disappointed. The managers at these stores are so rude to the customers you would swear people in this mall did something wrong. Other stores were operating as normal which tells me that they know why they came to work and delivered what they should. The toilets are so dirty yet people pay to use these toilets. How can people pay for a human basic need? The toilets don't even have water at times. This is really disturbing and makes me wonder is this how you treat malls that have a majority of black people.
