I did a pre-reserve booking at this place and it says pay at the property next day I see they took money from my account as a deposit when there was nothing on the website stating of the deposit when I emailed they **** that the refund is done back to my credit card it's 3 days no refund is being given I emailed till now no reply I have even contacted my lawyer I am going to sue this property for theft and lies
